• Bureau disclose eg utility bill,bank statement
  
• Letter from college/university.If you are student
  
• Vaccination report from your docter or occupational Health ie Hospital B, Vericella (chicken pox) ,Rubella 9 German measles) Enhanced isclosure(CRB)due to new legislation on POVA(Prevention of Adult Abuse) listing, a new CRB has to be done when you aere joining the agency.
  
• copies of certificates in relevent field ie nursing care or support work.
  
• 2 References from the previous employer(most recent employer)
  
• Drivers Licence

• NMC Statement of entry(not GNC or ENB certificate).Name and number must correspond with PIN card
